Promotion Period
The Stick Around EOFY Sale commences at 10:30am ACDT on 8 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ACDT on 30 June 2026, unless ended earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Offer

Customers will receive 20% off all eligible products storewide during the promotional period. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

Eligibility
Offer is available to retail customers purchasing through the Stick Around website.
Offer applies only during the promotional period.
Offer cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion commenced.
Offer is not redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards.
Offer applies through all products and services that Stick Around provide.

Combination with Other Offers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, or coupon.

Returns and Refunds
All purchases remain subject to Stick Around's standard Refund and Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed based on the discounted purchase price paid by the customer.

Order Cancellation
Stick Around reserves the right to cancel any order where:
Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorised activity is suspected;
A pricing, technical, or system error has occurred;
Products become unavailable due to inventory discrepancies or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified and any payment received will be refunded in accordance with applicable Australian consumer laws.

Modification or Terminations
Stick Around reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Important information

What is your turn around time?

Currently our turn around time is 3-12 business days. Other factors may extend production such as providing a print proof or due to the design complexity.
Some prints will require time to dry, thick colours or heavy edges will require extended time to dry before lamination. 

In any case where production time will be beyond 12 days, our team will notify you.
What file format should I upload?
We accept all file types, but vector files for your designs will look much more crisp and of higher quality. Vector files: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG
To ensure great print quality, a minimum resolution of 300dpi or higher will provide the best outcome. 

Files uploaded are at the responsibility of the buyer and will be printed as is, If you are unsure, please contact us so our team can help!

Do you provide print proofs?

Yes! When ordering please select the option to receive a print proof. 
If a proof is required, it will be sent to your email address with cutlines added.

If you do not recieve a proof within 24 hours, please contact our team to check we have your correct email address.
If you do not approve the proof within 48 hours, we will commence production. 

Can I split my order into two separate designs?

Our products listed are a per design basis and can not be split. If you require multiple designs, please add each product separately or contact us and we can provide a quote for you.

Ordering

What materials do you use?

Unless otherwise stated, our stickers are printed on monomeric vinyl and then laminated with a protective film. This ensures your designs are weatherproof and scratch resistant. 

For custom quotes, we will assess the required needs and decide what material would be best suited for the job and quote accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?

Customers are able to cancel their order at any time before a proof is recieved or before production has commenced, depending on which option was selected when ordering, without incuring fees. 

If you have recieved a proof and wish to cancel, a cancelation fee will be applied. This fee is upto $35. If your order is below $35 you will not be entitled to any refund. If your order is over $35, it will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

If production has commenced, cancellations or change or minds are no longer possible and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Is there an minimum order quantity?

Most of our stickers start at 25, unless otherwise stated. Each product will list the required minimum order quantity. 
If you require less than the minimum order, please contact our team for a custom quote or for further assistance.
What size will my stickers be?
Each product will list the size requirements for each design. 
If your design is not quite to the size selected, we will make it as large as possible to remain inside the chosen dimensions. 
Images will be scaled up or down to meet requirements and will not be stretched.

Artwork/ Designs

What file format should I upload?

We accept all file types, but vector files for your designs will look much more crisp and of higher quality. What colour format is used?

We print with wide format eco-solvent printers that use the CMYK colour space. 
To ensure the best quality output, your designs should be a vector file designed within the CMYK colour space.
This is only relevent to best match the colours desired within the designs, other colour spaces can still be printed but final results may differ.

Do I need to add a cut line?

Cut lines are not required to be on your design, unless you wish to provide one for us.
For Die Cut stickers we will add a 3mm outline to ensure there is an even boarder and enough space to allow for cutting. 

If you are providing an outline, please ensure it is at least 3mm thick.
How accurate are my stickers cut?
We can't guarantee 100% accuracy with cutting. We allow for a +/- 1mm difference. 
For larger designs, this is usually not visible.

Our team constantly maintains the machines required for the production of your stickers, so we are confident you will still be pleased with the final result!
Can you make a design for me?
We consider ourselves printers and not graphic designers, while we can assist with basics such as text, layouts and basic mock ups, we can not design complete logos or brand concepts from scratch.

If you're logo needs to be redesigned into vector format, please contact our team and we can provide more information.
Can you print white or metalic ink?
Unfortunately at this time we can not print using metallic or white ink.

General

I did not request a proof but my stickers are wrong, what should I do?

Our team will always do our best to ensure your stickers look their best.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can make an assessment.

We do not hold any responsibility if you didn't ask for a proof and your stickers are incorrect.

How long till I get my order?

Once you have approved your artwork, orders are sent to production.
Production time for stickers usually takes 3-12 business days for orders below 2000 stickers.
For larger orders, additional time may be required. Its best to contact us to check the time frame if you have a deadline to meet.

Once completed and shipped, it will up to the shipping company to get your order to you as soon as possible. A tracking number will be provided and if any issues arise during this process our team will be more than happy to assist.
